Good Morning. I am back from being on bereavement leave and have been out of the state beginning the day after the conference. We were delighted with the message that was given by Mr. Ruiz. Our audience understood his experiences and its significance to diversity in the workplace. I will be sending a personal thank you from the leaders of our organization.

Thank you for inviting me to the Hispanic Heritage Month celebration I had a great time sharing a little piece of Hispanic culture with all the great people at MDOT. I really appreciated the kind words and how sympathetic everyone there was to some of our Hispanic community's concerns. I would be more than happy to participate in any further talks about some of the issues discussed at the event. I can also connect them with other people from the Baltimore area that might have better specific insight on the MTA & MVA issues facing our community.
Sincerely,
Fernando Parada
Thank you for helping to make today's program a success. Now to move from the program to the work that needs to be done to attempt to address some of the issues raised today. If anyone has email addresses for our panelists--Mr. Ortega, Mr. Parada, and Mrs. Fesche, please send them to me so that I can include them in these emails.
I will begin to make arrangements for this work group. Please send me the names and email addresses of anyone else who expressed an interest in addressing these issues. I am looking forward to continuing the conversation we began today. Thanks again for a very meaningful exchange.

*Women Entrepreneur Lunch: Unstoppable Entrepreneurs
“I was so inspired and humbled and in awe of the women on the panel today.
At one point, when a reporter stood up and suggested that it would be great to somehow involve school kids in events like this, to give them a sense of what they could aspire to be, I got very emotional suddenly.
Being the best you can be, believing in yourself, and then turning around and helping the person (or people) behind you”.
I was proud to be a woman, determined to follow their example, and never stop giving back.
You couldn't ask for better role models for our kids!
I can't wait to attend the next luncheon!
Thank you so much for your efforts in putting it together.

It was a pleasure to be a part of the Event.
I was awed at the caliber of women who were surrounding me at the panelists table and I thank you for the opportunity.
“build it – and they will come” has always been my motto.
We would love to support any future luncheon series you might do in the future for the Chamber, just keep me posted.
Gracias y a pronto!
